Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were functional but lacked some comforts, they were decent in terms of comfort. The service had its ups and downs, with some friendly interactions but also some less pleasant encounters. The location, although far from the old town, provided easy access to transportation and other amenities. The dining options were somewhat limited, but the quality was good overall.
The hotel offers clean and very nice rooms with a variety of choices and a cook ready to prepare anything you want. The service is great and extremely helpful, allowing for flexibility during the stay. The location, while slightly outside the city center, is easily accessible and convenient. The dining experience is fantastic with generous hours and regional options.
The hotel offers a well-laid-out business-friendly vibe with plenty of plug sockets for guest convenience. While the breakfast buffet is one of the best we've ever had, some areas feel a bit outdated.
The hotel provided a quiet and comfortable stay with a spacious room, though not on par with other Marriott hotels I've visited. The service was welcoming and helpful, especially the night porter; however, some staff seemed unconcerned in a challenging situation. The location was gorgeous and convenient to various attractions. The dining experience was delicious and offered a variety of choices. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel rooms are small and limited in distance between each other, with minimal services like only a few water bottles in the minibar. However, they are clean and nicely presented at a high standard.
Although we didn't get the room we requested back in February 2019, our stay here worked out well for our family. The staff was pretty friendly. The late-night noise from midnight until 1.30 am was a downside. The room was functional but sparse, lacking any creature comforts.
Staying at the 36th floor was an incredible experience. The room was spacious, bright, and offered an open horizon view that was everything I requested. The working space and chair were great, although the price was a bit high for some services. Overall, a delightful stay with amazing views.
The hotel was functional but sparse, lacking any creature comforts, and the rooms were very small with limited possibilities of distance one from another but the service was superb. The location is easily accessible by tram and within walking distance to many attractions. The dining was crowded with limited choices.
